Introduction

Get ready to move, play, and learn in our PreK-Grade 2 Physical Education Department! We're all about helping our youngest students discover the joy of being active and building healthy habits that will last a lifetime. In our classes, kids won't just be running around; they'll be developing essential motor skills like coordination, balance, and agility through fun, engaging activities. From classic games to exciting new challenges, we create a dynamic and supportive environment where every child feels confident to participate, explore, and grow.

Our program goes beyond just physical fitness. We focus on teaching important social skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, and cooperation, all while encouraging problem-solving and critical thinking in a playful setting. We believe that physical education is crucial for a child's overall development, helping them build confidence, learn persistence, and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. We're excited to jump, skip, and play our way to a fantastic year with your children!
